ChildCare Solution is a local based in the Greater Nashville area. Our team is committed to providing the best possible babysitters for your children.
All of our babysitters are background-checked, CPR-certified, and referred by past employers. Once we match you with a babysitter, all their information will be readily available to you should you need it. We do the hard work of vetting our sitters so you can focus on your family!

Meet Carly
Hi, I’m Carly. I am the CEO of Childcare Solution and I’m so glad you are here! Whether you are coming to us in need of reliable childcare or in search of babysitting opportunities for extra income, I have been exactly where you are. I bring 15+ years of direct childcare experience as a nanny, educator, and pastor to ChildCare Solution. Providing quality childcare has always been a part of my story. Whether at home, in the classroom, or on the go with kids in tow, I have spent countless hours caring for children and supporting families in Nashville and beyond.
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, I moved to Nashville to attend school at Lipscomb University. After graduating with a B.A. in Leadership Communications and from seminary with a Master of Divinity I began my career as a children's pastor before transitioning to academia. When I am not working you can find me traveling to new places and taking any chance I can to get to the beach. I am an avid football fan and love to read.
